RealAttic Consulting started with a simple observation: most buyers in Gurgaon's luxury segment were making seven- and eight-figure decisions on the basis of a broker's word rather than verifiable market data.

We set out to change that — pairing hands-on brokerage experience across Golf Course Road, Dwarka Expressway, and Gurgaon's emerging corridors with the kind of due-diligence rigor typically reserved for institutional investors.
